The Society & Museum Today
The museum is located on the corner of Shirley Street and Elizabeth Avenue. The collection includes historical, anthropological and archaeological artefacts and spans more than 500 years of Bahamian history.

Museum Opening Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except public holidays)
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (except public holidays)
Admission: Adults $1.00 / Children $0.50

Summer Recess
The Museum will be closed during the months of July and August.
